my work bridges UX, human-centered research, service design, and emerging technologies to craft intuitive, emotionally intelligent experiences across digital and physical environments.

Grounded in systems thinking and informed by qualitative and ethnographic research, I translate complex insights into clear, purposeful design outcomes. I’m particularly interested in how AI-native tools, prototyping, and computational design can expand creative workflows and drive ethical, forward-looking innovation within cross-functional teams.
